Oatis (IPA - New England)
Deep Dark Sea Bourbon Barrel Aged Vintage 2018 (Porter - Baltic Imperial / Double)
Wersja leżakowana w beczkach po Bourbonie.
Coś czai się w głębinach. To majestatyczny imperialny Porter Bałtycki, leżakowany przez ponad 8 miesięcy, by nabrać mocy i charakteru. Głęboki aromat gorzkiej czekolady wciąga w nieprzejrzystą ciemną toń piwa i zachęca, by zatopić w nim usta. W smaku grasują ciemne owoce, razowy chleb i muśnięcie szlachetnego alkoholu.
Składniki: woda, słody: pilzneński, Monachijski typ II, Brown, Caramunich III, Chocolate, Special B, chmiel Magnum, drożdże Saflager W-34/70
Version matured in Bourbon barrels.
Something is lurking in the depths. It is a majestic imperial Baltic Porter, aged for over 8 months to gain strength and character. The deep aroma of bitter chocolate draws into the opaque dark tones of beer and encourages you to sink your mouth into it. Dark fruits, wholemeal bread and a touch of noble alcohol are on the menu.
Ingredients: Water, malt: Pilsen, Munich type II, Brown, Caramunich III, Chocolate, Special B, Magnum hops, Saflager W-34/70 yeast.
Havic (Pilsner - Other)
As a small craft brewery, it’s considered all but suicidal to want to produce a pilsner these days. Havic, however, is an exquisite pilsner brewed as per the Spartan regulations of the trade. The beer has to condition for a long time (90 days) at 2 degrees Celsius, which are two parameters that severely enhance production costs.
Havic only came to be thanks to our lovely audience at the brewery. This low-ABV counterpart to the high octane beers that Struise is known for, has since been well-liked and thoroughly enjoyed by our visitors.
The Havic is thirst-quenching and utterly drinkable. Slightly malted, fresh and hoppy and with a dry finish.
Sumac of All Fears (Smoked Beer)
Water, malts: Pilsner, beech-smoked, Pale Ale, Carared.
Hop: Marynka, sumac.
Yeasts: W-34/70
My już to zrobiliśmy, teraz Twoja kolej!
Beech smoked meat, a strange addition, Pils. We know you’re worried. We know that we hit your sensitive spots. We know that not everyone can handle this challenge. But maybe this is the moment in your life when you will break through and take the risk? We have already done it, now it’s your turn!
Struise Witte (Witbier)
The one that started it all. This Belgian wit was the first beer to ever come out of our kettles as brewing professionals. Despite it being a ‘safe’ and logical choice for a beginning brewer, Struise Witte is anything but boring.
With big notes of wheat and citrus, this beer provides you with a refreshing drinking experience.
Friendship Seizon (Farmhouse Ale - Saison)
LETRA On OAK – BA Portuguese Grape Ale (Fruit Beer)
Brewed by: Fermentum – Engenharia das fermentações, LDA
This beer is dedicated to “vindimas” the grape harvest season. Has 3 different wine varieties “Tinta Roriz”, “Touriga Nacional” and “Touriga Franca”. Was barrel aged for 8 months.
Tsjeeses (Winter Ale)
Strong blond winterbeer that matured for 8 months on different stonefruits. Tsjeeses was born out of a 5 year brewing experience regarding x-mas beer without being capable of finding a suitable name all that time. With the name came a face, a caricature actually, that was drawn on the day Urbain, our brewing slave, drank too many Tsjeeses’s. Every time he drinks one, he says “Tsjeeses, what a beer”. Therefore the name is more an expression of stupefaction than a curse.
We have had already many discussions around the pronounciation of “Tsjeeses”. Very close would be that you say “cheeses” or cheese in plural.
Imperialny Nafciarz (Smoked Beer)
Double-charged embodiment of Nafciarza Dukielskiego, even more intense. The main theme here is peat smoked meat, bravely supported by chocolate, nuts and dark fruit. The muscular body gives the beer a tasting character, which pleases like a shot of petrodollars.
Ingredients: Water, malt: Whisky 45ppm, Pale Ale, Rye, Chocolate Wheat, Munich Type II, Carafa Special Type II, Hops: Warrior, East Kent Goldings, Yeast: Safale S-04, Chestnut Flakes.
Clash of the Titans (Barleywine - Other)
Black Damnation XXVII – Masters of Darkness (Stout - Imperial / Double)
Elliot Brew (IPA - Imperial / Double)
This is our take on a double IPA. Although some would consider it somewhat ‘Belgian’ in its malt and yeast profile, we definitely crammed in all the juicy, fruity and fresh hops that any hophead could possibly wish for.
With Elliot, we tried to create a refreshing beer that’s dangerously drinkable while still maintaining that unxious mouthfeel that Struise is so renowned for. Being able to either quaffed or sipped, this is one of our most versatile multi-purpose beers.
